A Productive Day
It is 9:20pm and this is the first time I've been on the internet all day, that is a record for me! I was so busy designing today and I was on a roll! No mind blocks today, I just kept getting ideas. I love those days! I have a freebie for you today, it's a sampler to a kit that will probably be in the store tomorrow. It's a boy kit and very cute!

Exciting News
I was offered a spot on the Elements Team at DigiByDesign!!!! This is one step below designer!! They mentor me and help me get my products up to par and then they usually offer a position, woohoo!! I can't believe it! I was so thrilled to get this, especially because they already gave me some very helpful info! So, with this comes one big change. I will be designing from now on in 300ppi. I know that this is great for most of you. My computer chugs along really slowly, but I will deal with it. Now my stuff will match everything else you own. Off Broadway will be the last 200ppi kit. I am already starting on my first kit for them. I also have a new kit in my Etsy shop, the preview is below. I made a sampler that matches it for your freebie today!

Happy New Year!
I can't remember if I actually said Happy New Year to all of you, so it's a little belated, but hey, Happy New Year!! Did you make your resolutions yet? I hate resolutions because I never follow them, but I am trying to lose weight because we are going to Disney in December, yay!! I told my husband I don't want to be fat in the pictures, lol!
I had a day to myself today and it was so fun! I spontaneously decided to get my hair cut, I probably got about 7 inches cut off. I LOVE it!! I needed a change from ponytails and it is still super easy! Then I had to return some stuff at Kohl's and bought some new clothes. They were having awesome sales and I got a shirt for $2!! And a new pair of jeans, you can always use jeans!
So, I have the wordart ready for you today. If you use it in a layout and post here, you will receive 10 pieces of pixel dust!! Whose going to be my first on the pixel dust board?

Pining for Pixels
Imagine a pixie dancing through a beautiful, enchanted forest leaving a trail of pixie dust in her wake. Now imagine that this pixie grants digiscrappers wishes!! What do digiscrappers want most of all? Freebies, of course!!
Today I am introducing you to our very own Pixel Pixie. She will be your guide through the Purely Pixels challenges!! Whenever you see her, you will know that you can earn some of her pixel dust! Build up your pixel dust throughout each month to earn free stuff!

This will work like the word art challenge, but with a template instead! You get to "take a template", design a layout with the template, post it in a gallery (DSP is my fave), and leave a link on this blog.

Trivia
I love trivia and to feed that addiction, I may do some random trivia questions throughout each month! If you answer correctly, you get 1 piece of pixel dust!
TIP AND TRICKS
* You don't have to do each challenge individually. You can combine all 3 in one layout and still earn the pixel dust for each challenge. So you would end up with 45 pieces of pixel dust for just one layout!
*To reach 100 pieces of pixel dust, you must do at least 1 Pining for Pixels Challenge.
